5. What is the difference between the service in TXT and HTML?
Both have exactly the same content.
The difference is the format in which they are presented.
The service in HTML format has a more aesthetically pleasing appearance and has the advantage of listing the headlines at the beginning of the dispatch, with a link to the respective articles.
The service in TXT has other advantages:
-- it is less "heavy" to download.
-- it is more likely that it will be received correctly and be readable in all types of e-mail programs.
-- it is less likely that it will be blocked by anti-spam programs, both those of the e-mail provider and those on your computer.

6. I receive ZENIT in illegible text or with bad formatting
You are probably subscribed to receive ZENIT in HTML and your e-mail provider does not support that format.
To resolve the problem, try changing the settings of your e-mail program.
If this doesn't help, you can cancel the subscription in HTML and resubscribe to the TXT format, which no e-mail program should have problems reading.
You can do both those things by going to subscriptions.

7. Messages I receive from ZENIT are marked as SPAM
This is a consequence of the anti-spam filters selected by your e-mail provider or the anti-spam system on your computer.
We suggest contacting your e-mail provider and sending them an example of a ZENIT service you would like to receive problem-free. Or, try adjusting the settings of the anti-spam system on your computer.

8. I've subscribed to receive ZENIT by e-mail, but it's not arriving
You can verify if your e-mail is on our list of subscribers by going to subscriptions.
There are two possible causes for this problem.
a) If you send a new subscription request and your e-mail is already on our list of subscribers, then you can be sure that we are regularly sending you our service.
The fact that you don't receive it does not depend on us.
Instead, it is most probably caused by anti-spam filters used by your e-mail provider or on your computer.
We suggest contacting your e-mail provider and sending them an example of a ZENIT service you would like to receive problem-free. Or, try adjusting the settings of the anti-spam system on your computer.
If the problem is not solved, we suggest two more possible solutions:
-- Subscribe to ZENIT using another e-mail provider.
-- Cancel your HTML subscription and subscribe to the TXT format, which in general, is less-often blocked by anti-spam filters.
To change from HTML to TXT, cancel the first subscription and resubscribe.
You can do both those things by going to subscriptions.
b) If, on the other hand, your subscription request is accepted, we ask you to continue with the process of requesting a subscription via e-mail, following the instructions provided.
For some reason, your e-mail subscription was probably canceled and taken off our subscriber list and it's therefore necessary to resubscribe at subscriptions.

10. I'm subscribed to the e-mail service but it only comes every once in a while
The fact that you occasionally receive ZENIT proves that your e-mail is on our list of subscribers.
The problem, then, is caused by anti-spam filters used by your e-mail provider or on your computer.
Since some factors of our service (like the download "weight," the number of HTML characters, the length, etc.) vary from day to day, it is possible that the filters sometimes block the service and other times do not.
Another element that may come into play is the amount of e-mail traffic that your e-mail provider encounters from day to day, which affects the quality of communication between our sending system and your provider's receiving system.
We suggest two possible solutions:
-- Subscribe to ZENIT using another e-mail provider.
-- Cancel your HTML subscription and subscribe to the TXT format, which in general, is less-often blocked by anti-spam filters.
To change from HTML to TXT, cancel the first subscription and resubscribe.
You can do both those things by going to subscriptions.

11. I've gone to the cancellation page to cancel my subscription, but the digest keeps arriving
If our automatic cancellation system responds that the e-mail you input is not included on our subscription list, you can be sure that our services are not being sent to that address.
In using the cancellation page, we suggest that you verify the following:
-- The correct selection of the service that you are actually receiving and which you wish to stop receiving: daily or weekly.
-- If you have changed your e-mail provider or if your provider has changed your address or part of it, then it could be that you are receiving ZENIT at your former address and it is being forwarded to your new address, without you realizing it. If that is the case, then you need to cancel ZENIT using the former address.
Or, it could be that the e-mail address which is subscribed to ZENIT could be slightly different than the one you have inputted in the cancellation format (due, for example, to a forwarding system used by your e-mail provider).
It is certain that the e-mail address you wish to cancel must be the same as the one that you insert in the cancellation page, inputting it exactly identically to how it appears in our subscribers list.
If you have confirmed that the above possibilities do not exist, you can send us a message explaining the problems you've had with cancellation.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
