I remember the first time I heard Father [John] Corapi preach on EWTN. My initial reaction was. “Where did this guy come from?”

He speaks the truth with conviction. He doesn’t mince words and tell us all that we will all be forgiven because God loves us. I have learned more from buying his tapes and CDs in 10 years than I did the previous other four decades of my life.

Every Catholic priest and bishop should be made to sit and listen to Father Corapi’s sermons and speaking style. Then, they should emulate it as much as they can, with their own speaking style.

Too many sermons are boring and forgetful. The Protestants have taken the lead on preaching, at least until Father Corapi came along.
