E-mail Carrying Christmas Greetings to Pope

VATICAN CITY, DEC. 24, 2003 (Zenit.org).- Well-wishers this Christmas can send a greeting to John Paul II at his e-mail address: [email protected].

Although the Pope does not personally open his e-mail, his aides have been leaving on his desk the hundreds of messages he has already received.

E-mail to the Holy Father can be sent through a “Christmas 2003” site at the Vatican Web page, at www.vatican.va/liturgical_year/christmas/index_2003_en.htm.

The site includes images from the celebrations presided over by the Pope, as well as recordings of various hymns.
