One week after having baptized 28 babies of Vatican employees in the Sistine Chapel for the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord, Pope Francis has baptized more babies …i
According to a note from the Holy See Press Office, the Pontiff baptized 13 newborns in the Chapel of his residence Casa Santa Marta on Saturday afternoon.
All the infants were born to families from the areas of central Italy that were hit by earthquakes late last year.
The youngest of the babies was only five days old. Other details were not provided.
