Pope Francis’ prayer intention for the month of June 2017 is: “National Leaders: that national leaders may firmly commit themselves to ending the arms trade, which victimizes so many innocent people.”

As is done every month, the intention is published and commented by the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network (Apostleship of Prayer). The Pontiff’s new tradition of making a video-message for his intention has been made available and can be watched here: www.thepopevideo.org
