BIRMINGHAM, Alabama, AUG. 2, 2001 (Zenit.org).- On Aug. 15, EWTN will be expanding its family of listeners, this time in Britain and Ireland.
EWTN will launch its European Radio service on digital satellite. The new service will be transmitted from the 28 degrees 2 minutes East location of the Astra satellites.
Sky digital subscribers will be able to access EWTN Radio through their Sky system at no additional cost, by choosing EPG No. 897 from Sky´s electronic program guide.
The same service will be available to anyone in Europe and the Middle East equipped to receive free-to-air digital channels from satellites located at 28 degrees 2 minutes East.
