«When I Call for Help: A Pastoral Response to Domestic Violence Against Women» appears on the 10th anniversary of a similar episcopal document.

«Violence against women, inside or outside the home, is never justified,» the bishops say in the introduction. The document, published today, lists suggestions for pastoral agents in the Church, as well as to victims and abusers.

The document can be seen at www.nccbuscc.org/bishops/help.htm.
