Cardinal Francis Arinze, prefect of the congregation, will preside over the meeting in the Bologna Hall of the Apostolic Palace, according to a Vatican press statement. The meeting runs from Tuesday to Friday.
Speakers will include Cardinal George Pell, archbishop of Sydney, on «The Meaning, Method and Scope of the ‘Recognitio,'» the Holy See’s recognition of translations of liturgical and other texts made by episcopal conferences.
The assembly will be attended by 32 cardinals, and 19 archbishops and bishops of the congregation.
