“Sunday Mass is at the heart of the Church’s life,” reminds Pope Francis in a Tweet published on Sunday, November 4, 2018 on his account @Pontifex.
The Pontiff accompanied his message with the hashtag: #sundaymass.
The Holy Father underscored that Sunday Mass is the place of encounter with Christ, who “nourishes” Christians. “There we encounter the Risen Lord, we listen to His Word, we are nourished at His table and thus we become Church.”
On Saturday, November 3, the Pope encouraged faithful to have hope, tweeting the following: “God is faithful and our hope in Him is like a fixed anchor in heaven.»
