NEW YORK, JULY 12, 2002 (Zenit.org).- An event marking the centenary of the arrival of the Consolata missionaries in Kenya was held June 29. Among the attendees were Bishop Peter Kihara Kariuki of Muranga. His diocese, and the date of the event, were incorrectly reported in an article Tuesday. The Consolata missionaries oversee eight dioceses and an apostolic vicariate in the East African nation. ZENIT regrets the errors.
