In his address, Ladislav Csontos, the dean of the School of Theology, said of Lubich: «Her work was made present in Slovakia with the movement that had already taken root at the time of the Communist regime, offering to those who adhered to it, great spiritual support and the spirit of Vatican Council II to the life of the local Church.»
In her address, Lubich analyzed the roots of ecumenical dialogue are embedded in the very life of God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. This relation of love that arises from God is the force capable of transforming life in the family, in society, in the Church, and in the ecumenical and interreligious field, she said.
