A response to: Pope Begins Meetings on Ireland Abuse Scandals
The Faith in Ireland will weather the storm of sexual abuse, as the crisis has resounded the words of Our Lady in the Magnificat: «He has cast down the mighty from their thrones and has raised the lowly.»
The need is to rebuild the Faith in the begging for forgiveness in reconciliation, penance and awareness of vocation to holiness.
Perhaps like St. Francis, we will effect a renewal of confidence in our priests and bishops?
