Peace! This is such a beautiful letter that Cardinal Paul Kuo-hsi wrote to his prelates. It should be sent to every cardinal, bishop and priest, of every diocese, in the world. It is full of wisdom, which obviously, the Holy Spirit has given to this cardinal. I am thankful to Cardinal Paul Kuo-his, and to ZENIT for printing this.
