If you would like to join Pope Francis in prayer every day, now there is an app to make it easy: ‘Click to Pray.’
Pope Francis launched the app January 20, 2019, after praying the noonday Angelus with the thousands of pilgrims gathered in St. Peter’s Square. He was assisted by Father Frédéric Fornos, SJ, International Director of the Apostleship of Prayer.
“This week the Message for the World Day of Social Communications will be published, which this year contains a reflection on the network community and the human community,” the Holy Father explained. “The Internet and social media are a resource of our time, an occasion to be in contact with others, to share values and plans, and to express the desire to be a community. The network can also help us to pray in community, to pray together.
“Therefore, Father Fornos is with me: he is the International Director of the Apostleship of Prayer. I would like to present to you the official platform of the Pope’s Global Prayer Network: ‘Click to Pray.’ I will insert here the intentions and prayer requests for the Church’s mission. I invite young people especially to download the App ‘Click to Pray,’ continuing to pray together with me the Rosary for peace, particularly during the World Youth Day in Panama.”
Click To Pray (www.clicktopray.org)  has a website and a mobile app, both for Android and iOS, with its social networks, available in six languages (Spanish, English, Italian, French, Portuguese, and German).
Click To Pray has three main sections:

  1. “Pray with the Pope”, with the Pope’s monthly prayer intentions for the challenges facing humanity and the mission of the Church;
  2. “Pray every day”, with a prayer rhythm involving three daily moments;
  3. “Pray with the network” that is a space where users (including Pope Francis) can share their prayers with the others.

Pope’s Francis own profile (https://www.clicktopray.org/en/user/popefrancis) can be found clicking in the Pope Francis button at the “Pray with the Network” section.
Click To Pray is the official prayer platform for World Youth Day 2019, which takes place in Panama from 22-27th January 2019. For this event, the platform includes a special multimedia section to pray and meditate the Rosary for Peace.
