Article: A Cardinal for Canterbury?

This saintly old gentleman’s wish is already beginning to come true. The stream of conversions in the UK is just rising from the ground – think of that tiny trickle at Lourdes, which grew into a flood of water and of humanity. As Cardinal Newman wrote, that stream will broaden, deepen, and take on the colour, scent and vigour of the whole nation. I am one drop – received into the Church on 23 December 2009 in Douglas, Isle of Man.
