More circus performers have entertained Pope Francis.
During this morning’s General Audience in the Vatican’s Paul VI Hall, the last of 2016, the Golden Circus Festival, taking place this week in Rome, performed for the Pope.
According to Vatican Radio, this, in its 33rd iteration, has become a regular feature of Roman life at Christmas. Often, during the festival’s run in Rome, at Christmas time, the performers visit the Pontiff’s General Audience.
