Following is the October 24, 2018, letter to the Holy Father and participants in Synod2018, from the Movement of Pure Hearts.

Holy Father Francis,
Venerable Synod Fathers participating in the 15th General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops,
Dear Representatives of the whole world’s Youth!
The members of the Movement of Pure Hearts, together with the editors of the evangelical magazine “Love One Another!”, address their words of reverence and filial devotion to the Holy Father and the Synod Fathers from Poland who are in Rome. The Community of the Movement of Pure Hearts rejoices at the theme: “Young People, the Faith, and Vocational Discernment.”
The “Movement of Pure Hearts” is a community of young Catholics who want to live according to Christ’s blessing: “Blessed are the pure of heart, for they shall see God” (Mt 5:8). The members of the movement—opposed to the world’s contemporary mentality—engage themselves to live the difficulties in life with faith, according to the Gospel and teaching the Catholic Church with special emphasis on Saint John Paul II’s theology of the body.
In this way, they try to organize their daily duties so that the personal relationship with Jesus is the most important event of each day. They commit themselves to expressing every sin in the sacrament of penance, so that they may always live in the state of sanctifying grace. They believe that the path to true love is premarital purity and freedom from all addictions and that it is possible to achieve this goal through daily prayer, the sacramental life, and concretely working on oneself.
The “Movement of Pure Hearts” began its activity in 1995, in the editorial office of the magazine “Love One Another!”, which is currently published in 23 languages, with an annual circulation of 1.5 million copies, reaching missionary countries around the world.
There are currently 15,000 young people in the “Movement of Pure Hearts”. The patron of the movement is Bl. Karolina Kózkówna, a 16-year-old Polish girl who died as a martyr in defense of her virginity.
In spiritual communion with the Holy Father and the Synod Fathers in Rome, we ask you to, please, emphasize the need to cultivate the virtue of chastity in order to realize the ideal of Christian sanctity.
