A response to: Supporting the Pope

Thank you, Mr. Swemmer, for saying what is in the hearts and minds of so many of us. Our Holy Mother Church has been so scandalized and desecrated in recent decades by the various media throughout the world, on the basis of the actions of a comparative few. The agenda of secularization continues to spread its error by attacking the institution of the Church itself for the misdeeds of individuals, and now is targeting our Holy Father. We must continue to show our support for both our Catholic Faith and our Pope as an example to the world and as an expression of our solidarity as the body of Christ. We must speak up and speak out against media smearing of the Holy Roman Catholic Church -- defend our faith as we promised to do at our confirmations.
