The Holy Father has appointed the Rev. Sr. Helen Alford, OP, Vice-Rector of the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome, Ordinary Member of the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences.

Curriculum vitae

The Rev. by Sr. Helen Alford, OP, was born in London on May 1, 1964. She graduated in Management Engineering from Cambridge University, where she also earned a PhD. She is a religious of the Dominican Sisters of Saint Catherine of Siena. He has taught subjects related to economic ethics and the history of Christian social thought in various universities. She was Consultor of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace. He is currently Vice-Rector of the Pontifical University of San Tommaso d’Aquino , in Rome. She is the author of numerous publications on management theory and corporate social responsibility.
