The video illustrating the Pope’s prayer intentions for March was released today.

The Pope’s intentions this month, as announced by the Apostleship of Prayer, are:

“That families in need may receive the necessary support and that children may grow up in healthy and peaceful environments.”

and

“That those Christians who, on account of their faith, are discriminated against or are being persecuted, may remain strong and faithful to the Gospel, thanks to the incessant prayer of the Church.”

The 90-second video focuses on the intention of the family.

The initiative to illustrate the Pope’s prayer intentions with a video began this year, with videos already having been released for the January and February intentions, on interreligious dialogue and care for creation.
