SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador, APR. 2, 2001 (Zenit.org).- The Catholic Church in the United States, Germany and Spain will assist in the reconstruction of 400 churches in El Salvador, damaged or destroyed by earthquakes this year, Archbishop Fernando Saenz Lacalle of San Salvador disclosed.
