Archbishop Javier Lozano Barragán, president of the Pontifical Council for Health Care Workers, will attend the Sept. 1-4 congress which will be held in Seoul, South Korea.
He will address the congress at the opening session, and read a message by John Paul II written for the occasion.
Four scientific sessions will follow the opening session: «The Church and Health Care Ministry: Ethos and Ethics»; «The Mission of the Catholic Doctor»; «The World Medical Mission: The Testimony of Catholic Doctors in the Field of International Cooperation in Health Care Ministry»; and «The Catholic Church and Health Care Management.»
