Videoconference Planned on "Priests, Forgers of Saints"

VATICAN CITY, NOV. 22, 2004 (Zenit.org).- The 32nd worldwide videoconference, organized by the Congregation for Clergy, will take place Tuesday, on the topic «Priests, Forgers of Saints in the Third Millennium.»

The monthly videoconferences bring together leading theologians from around the world.

The conference may be followed live, beginning at noon (Rome time), or recorded on the dicastery’s Web page, www.clerus.org.

Original texts of the addresses will be posted later on the same Web page.

To follow the event with images and audio, computers must have «Real Player» installed.

Here is the list of the theologians who will participate and the titles of their addresses.

The speakers and their topics include Bishop Gerhard Müller of Regensburg, Germany, on «Challenges and Opportunities of the Clergy in Europe» and Father Michael Hull of New York on «What Are the Main Aspects of a Renewal of the (American) Clergy?»
