Congratulations to the Church hierarchy in Cuba for this wonderfully positive result from consistently implementing a strategy of «constructive engagement» of the state despite the wide gap in policy between the two entities for several decades! It reflects the gains for the entire people of God when Christ-like patient approach to converting errant believers is adopted.
