As Catholics around the world prepare to begin the Easter Triduum with tonight’s celebration of the Lord’s Last Supper, a live broadcast will allow the faithful to spend the “evening with our Lord in Gethsemane.”

The Franciscan Media Center will broadcast the Holy Thursday Eucharistic Hour  live from the Church of All Nations, also known as the Basilica of the Agony, located on Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. Fr. Eamon Kelly, LC, Vice Charge of the Notre Dame Jerusalem Center in Israel, will provide commentary in English.

The ceremony, which begins at 9:00pm in Jerusalem, is transmitted regularly in different languages to allow faithful from around the world to participate. In North America, the Eucharistic Hour will be shown on EWTN in North America at 3:00pm EST and on CatholicTV at 5:00pm. In Europe, views can watch the live broadcast on TV2000 and in France on KTO. It will also be streamed live on the internet.
