Pope Francis on December 5, 2018, reminded the faithful that this Saturday — December 8, 2018 — is the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. His remarks came at his General Audience in Paul VI Hall.
«Next Saturday we will celebrate the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary,» the Holy Father said. «Let us entrust ourselves to Our Lady! May She, as the model of faith and obedience to the Lord, help us to prepare our hearts to receive the Child Jesus on His Christmas.»
