The data presented on the afternoon of February 8, at the 45th Meeting of Hoteliers and Managers of Religious Houses that Welcome Pilgrims in Fátima, are in line with what was recorded before the pandemic. The number of countries from which the pilgrims come is the highest since 2017. The Sanctuary welcomed people from 94 countries, a figure that was only higher in the year of the Centenary of the Apparitions, with 109 different nationalities present in Cova da Iria.
