Pope Leo XIV will meet with survivors of abuse during his tour of Argentina, Peru, and Uruguay

According to the Holy See Press Office, the Pope wants not only to stand alongside survivors but also to help develop accessible paths toward healing and ensure that the Church becomes a safe and spiritually healthy environment in which the Gospel can be lived and proclaimed.

The Vatican reconfirms the Pope’s trip to Argentina, Uruguay, and Peru and releases one of its longest medical reports

Dr. Luigi Carbone confirms that the Holy Father’s recovery after the surgery continues, and  the latest medical examinations attest to his good health and favorable clinical condition. Based on  his current clinical status, there are no  contraindications that would prevent him from undertaking his upcoming apostolic journey to Latin  America as planned
