Appointment of the Defender of the Bond
The Holy Father has appointed as defender of the Bond at the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura the Reverend Fr. Nikolaus Schöch, O.F.M., currently substitute Promoter of Justice.
Appointment of the Promoter of Justice
His Holiness Francis has appointed as Promoter of Justice in the aforementioned Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura the Reverend Fr. Sebastiano Paciolla, O. Cist., currently legal secretary at the same Tribunal.
