Pope Francis expressed his closeness to the Indian population affected by cyclone Okhi, “especially the families of the very many dispersed fishermen,” in remarks December 10, 2017, following the praying of the Angelus with the crowds in St. Peter’s Square.  He also expressed his closeness to the population of Albania, harshly tried by grave floods.
