Through a resolution published June 7 in the Official Bulletin, it was declared that the youth day is an event of «national interest,» and that the country would send an official representation to participate in the youth gathering.
The resolution, signed by Oscar Parrilli, secretary-general of the Presidency of the Nation, called the youth day a «great encounter of youth from around the world, organized by the Catholic Church, presided over by the Vicar of Christ.»
