Responding to questions from journalists, the Director «interim» of the Press Office of the Holy See, Alessandro Gisotti, said on March 4, 2019:
“I can confirm that a letter of Emanuela Orlandi family was received by Cardinal Pietro Parolin and that the requests made in the letter will now be studied.”
High school student Emanuela Orlandi, born in 1968, daughter of a Vatican employee, disappeared on June 22, 1983.
