For Better and Worse

I admire the way you have handled this article, [… but] I must say that there is one thing lacking in your answer to the question raised by the recent questioner. We all need to remind married people about the words they say when they get married «For better for worse, for poorer for richer, in sickness and in health till death do us part.» And HIV infection fits so perfectly in «in sickness and in health» and if marrying people knew what they were saying, then when one of the parties is sick they would learn how to live in abstinence. Just my meager contribution.
