Pray the rosary daily during the month of May «for peace in Syria and throughout the world.»
The Pope renewed this request during Mary’s month addressing Arabic-speaking Christians, especially those from the Middle East present in St. Peter’s Square, during today’s General Audience on Wednesday, May 9, 2018.
After his catechesis on Baptism, the Pope stressed, «I cordially greet the Arab-speaking pilgrims, especially those from the Middle East. Dear brothers and sisters, the month of May is dedicated to the Virgin Mary.»
«I invite you to cultivate devotion to the Mother of God with the daily recitation of the Rosary, praying in particular for peace in Syria and throughout the world.»
Pope Francis concluded saying: «May the Lord bless you all! »
