Pope Francis’ prayer intention for the month of July 2017 is: “Lapsed Christians: That our brothers and sisters who have strayed from the faith, through our prayer and witness to the Gospel, may rediscover the merciful closeness of the Lord and the beauty of the Christian life.”
As is done every month, the intention is published and commented by the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network (Apostleship of Prayer). The Pontiff’s new tradition of making a video-message for his intention will be released in the upcoming days and available for viewing here: www.thepopevideo.org
