The Pakistani statement came as U.S. Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld was traveling through Muslim countries seeking support for the U.S. campaign to apprehend bin Laden and destroy his terrorist bases in Afghanistan.
Citing «the material we have seen and studied,» Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammed Riaz Khan said in a televised news conference, «This material certainly provides a sufficient basis for an indictment in a court of law.»
